Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to GRCD Services, including its team, contractors, and affiliates.
• “Client” refers to the individual or business utilizing our services.
• “Services” refers to web design, logo design, and other related offerings provided by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with GRCD Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Scope of Services

• Web Design: Includes up to 4 pages as specified (Home, About, Services/Shop, Contact) for the agreed-upon rate. Additional pages or features may incur extra charges.
• Logo Design: Includes a custom logo with up to [3] revisions as agreed during the service contract.
• Any additional services not explicitly stated in the initial agreement will require a new contract and additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to begin work on any project.
• Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the invoice.
• Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

5. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds for incomplete projects will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will exclude time already invested and resources used.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content, images, and information promptly to avoid project delays.
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure the accuracy of the provided information.

7. Project Timeline

• Estimated completion times will be provided at the start of the project. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late feedback or missing content) may result in extended timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

• Upon final payment, the Client will own all rights to the delivered designs.
• GRCD Services reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

9. Revisions Policy

• Web Design: Includes up to [3] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• Logo Design: Includes up to [3] revisions. Further revisions may require additional fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

GRCD Services is not responsible for:

• Losses due to delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
• Compatibility issues arising from third-party tools or plugins.
• Errors in content provided by the Client.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In the event of termination, the Client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County.

14. Amendments

GRCD Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
