Websites need updates to function properly and sometimes things wil not work. We take care of the backend details including plug-in updates, security checks, broswer compatibility issues and more.

questions and info

Design & Development Process
Either via email or zoom call we will go over the inital layout and theme for your website. This includes branding, services and story. From that point we will require all assets and other media that will be needed for the site. A timeline and target date will be given for completion and subsequent calls and meetings will be scheduled until project completion.
Refund Policy
If we fail to deliver the completed website and work by the target date then we will offer a full refund for services rendered. Any issues and concerns must be addressed within 30 DAYS of website completion for refund consideration.
Our Processing Time
A basic 3-4 page site can be done within 2 weeks with minimal assets and media. For custom sites requiring 5 pages or more it is recommeded to allow a minimum of 2 1/2-3 weeks for completion. For Wordpress integration it is also recommended to allow 3 weeks for full site testing and debugging for compatibility before delivery. Contact us with specific details for any special projects or sites needing quick turnaround.
How do I Pay and Payment Method
We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards. We use Paypal and Cashapp for all payment processing. Contact us for any specifc or special payment requests.
